Staff Card Staff Card is a benefits programme that Metropolis provides to approximately 6,000 Westminster City Council staff. Westminster staff receive an electronic membership card that enables them to obtain discounts at many of the best entertainment and leisure facilities in London. In addition, every 3 months they are sent an updated 48-page, full colour handbook which sets out the locations where they can save. Metropolis negotiates the discounts, publishes the handbook, prints the cards and provides the customer service and fulfillment. Metropolis is currently in discussions with a number of public sector bodies with a view to offering the benefits of StaffCard more to other central and local government employees.
