Metropolis acquires Property Week

Metropolis International Group Ltd today announces that it is purchasing, subject to contract, the Property Week print magazine and related products from UBM plc for an undisclosed amount.

The 35 Property Week staff are anticipated to transfer to Metropolis International following completion which is expected to take place in the next six weeks.
